Concrete repairs done right, before small spalls become structural.

Flaking concrete, exposed rusting rebar, and cracks in the parkade are the visible stage of corrosion that’s been developing for years. Left alone, deterioration accelerates - and repair costs climb with it. Addressed early, parkade restoration is a manageable, well-understood project.

We’ve seen how concrete restoration projects unfolded across BC strata buildings - the engineering assessments, the repairs, and which ones lasted. That record guides which restoration contractors we bring to your parkade, and the competitive proposals we put in front of your council.

Tell us what your building needs

Fill in one short form. It takes about two minutes. No searching, no phone tag.

  2. 2

    We find your perfect match

A real person on our team matches your job with the companies whose real performance in buildings like yours proves they can do it well.

Take your time and review the options with your council. We earn nothing from the trades, so there is no pressure to pick anyone - or anyone at all.

Common questions

Parkade Repairs questions councils ask

What causes concrete spalling in parkades?
Mostly water and de-icing salts carried in on tires, which penetrate the slab and corrode the reinforcing steel. Rust expands, popping concrete off in flakes and chunks. That’s why spalling clusters near entrances, drive aisles, and anywhere the waterproofing above has failed - and why membrane condition and concrete repair are usually assessed together.
Is exposed rebar in the parkade an emergency?
Exposed rebar warrants prompt attention but rarely means imminent danger - parkade slabs carry generous safety margins. The right response is an engineer’s condition assessment to map the deterioration’s extent, since visible damage is typically a fraction of the total. That assessment becomes the repair scope contractors bid against.
How are parkade repair projects usually scoped and priced?
An engineer maps deteriorated areas through survey and testing, then contractors bid unit rates per square metre of repair plus fixed costs for access and protection. Because actual quantities emerge during demolition, clear unit pricing in proposals matters more than the headline number.
